All subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

First-Time Purchases

If this is your first time subscribing, you may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charges), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period.
